Refund Policy - the basics

Online businesses selling products are sometimes required (depending on local laws and regulations) to present their product return policy and refund policy. In some jurisdictions, this is needed in order to comply with consumer protection laws. It may also help you avoid legal claims from customers that are not satisfied with the products they purchased.

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.

1. Ticket Purchases
All ticket sales are final. Once a ticket has been purchased, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Cancellations by Kin+Zo Land
In the event that Kin+Zo Land must cancel or reschedule an event for any reason (e.g., technical issues, health and safety concerns), customers will be notified and given the option of a full refund or rescheduling.

3. Customer Cancellations
- Advance Notice: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may receive a credit for future use.
- Short Notice: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session, or no-shows, are not eligible for
refunds or credits.

4. Special Considerations
- In exceptional cases, such as documented medical emergencies, Kin+Zo Land may, at its sole discretion, offer a rescheduling option or partial refund. Please contact our customer service team at kinzoland715@gmail.com within 24 hours of the original booking time for assistance.

5. Party Reservations
- Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a party date.
- Rescheduling: Changes to party dates or times must be made at least 3 weeks in advance. Rescheduling less than 3 weeks in advance may incur additional fees.
- Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the scheduled party date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
