Playground Rules & Disclaimer

1. Use at Your Own Risk

Kin+Zo Land Playground is designed for children's enjoyment, but all visitors use the facility at their own risk. While we take every precaution to ensure safety, Kin+Zo Land is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings or any injuries sustained while using the playground.

2. Age & Height Restrictions

• The playground is designed for children 1 to 12 years old with a height limit of 135 cm.

• No exceptions can be made as the play structures are designed with this limit in mind.

  3. Entry Requirements

• Socks must be worn at all times (No shoes or bare feet).

• Parental supervision is required—an adult (18+) must accompany minors. No drop-offs are allowed.

• No food, drinks, or gum are permitted inside the play area. Water and food may only be consumed outside the play area.

• Sick children or guardians will not be permitted entry. Kinzo Land reserves the right to refuse admission at its discretion

4. Safety & Conduct

• No rough play, fighting, or bullying. Offenders may be asked to leave.

• No sharp or glass objects are allowed.

• Please respect and take care of all playground equipment and toys. Guardians will be held responsible for any malicious damage.

• Kin+Zo Land management reserves the right to refuse entry for non-compliance with any of these rules.

5.Hygiene & Cleanliness

• Ensure your child has a fresh diaper or has used the restroom before entering the playground.

  
  

• If your child needs to use the restroom, please notify a guardian or staff member.

• A cleaning fee will be charged in case of accidents:

  • RM50 for urine or excrement leakage in any area of the park.

  • RM150 for vomiting or excrement leakage in the ball pit due to the difficulty of cleaning.
